The classic Matshi pear sauce! A web exclusive. Prepared and bottled in Paris in summer when the fruits reach full maturity. It consists of 100% organic and French Williams pear and habanero peppers. Spicy, sweet and fruity, it goes very well with all cheeses, fries, fish, meat, eggs, noodles and other pastas. Sold in a 100 ml glass bottle, keep cool after opening and consume within a year. Shake before each use. Ingredients: Williams pear, vinegar, habanero, sugar, garlic and salt.
